Terms of use

Last updated: 18 October 2026

These terms apply when you use leonardocassone.com. By using the site you accept them. If you don't, please don't use it.

Who runs this site

This site is run by Leonardo Cassone, based in Vilnius, Lithuania. Contact: [email protected].

What the site is for

The site presents my work and services and lets you get in touch. Nothing on it is a binding offer. Every project is agreed separately, in writing, with its own scope, price and terms; if those terms differ from this page, the project agreement wins.

The stories and examples

The stories on this site describe real work, written in plain language. Some details are simplified and some names are left out to protect the people and businesses involved. Results described are specific to that business and its situation; they are not a promise that your project will get the same results.

Content and intellectual property

The text, design, graphics and code of this site belong to me, unless stated otherwise. Names and logos of third-party tools (for example Google, Cloudflare or Brevo) belong to their owners and are used only to describe what I work with. You can share links to the site and quote short parts with a link back; please ask before reusing anything else.

Using the site properly

Please don't use the site or the contact form to send spam, malicious code or unlawful content, or try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the site or the services behind it.

Accuracy and availability

I keep the information here as accurate and up to date as I can, but the site is provided "as is": I can't guarantee it is always complete, error-free or available. Links to other websites are there for convenience; I'm not responsible for their content.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for losses that come from using, or not being able to use, this site or from relying on its general content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Privacy

How the site handles your data and cookies is explained in the privacy & cookie policy.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the law of Lithuania. If you live in another EU country, you also keep the protections your own consumer law gives you. I may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version.
